An Airbnb needs a lot of things. One room that needs some special attention is the living room, this is a room where people will be spending a good amount of time if they spend any time relaxing or resting in your Airbnb. So here is what we bought for our Birch themed Airbnb living room.
If you haven’t seen my previous posts on what we have purchased for our Airbnbs, check them out here:

The first thing we did with our living room space is paint an accent wall. We painted ours this beautiful blue color. Next we added a frost to the windows on the front door for some added privacy. After that it was time to decorate
Window frost– we got something like this from Walmart and it works great. It adds the privacy we were hoping for and it looks great
Couch- we got our couch off of Facebook marketplace. It was sitting in our garage for several months before we started our Airbnb. It’s been working great and I think it’s comfy
T.V. Wall mount- the one we have was left by our tenants. It’s a really great quality one
T.V.– we decided to get a Roku t.v. To simplify our user experience
Rug– it is truly difficult to find a huge rug. We ended up with this one and I think it transitions nicely between the dining are and the living room
Curtains– these curtains match the ones in our king room and nicely accent our birch theme
Curtain rod– this curtain rod is ascetically pleasing and matches the one we have in our king room
Coffee end tables– I love the look of these. They were easy to assemble but they are also easy to disassemble so you may need to watch out
Phone charger– we have this set in the windowsill so that our guests can easily charge their phones in the livingroom
Circle mirror– this mirror was very cheap and we weren’t sure where we were going to put it when we purchased it. I think it fits well next to the door as a good place to make sure you’re all put together before you leave the space
Picture– we got this birch picture and I think it works beautifully
Fireplace- we got this fireplace off of Facebook marketplace. It doesn’t quite match the aesthetic of the rest of the space since most furniture is black and this is white, but it adds a nice touch
Entry way bench– we originally got an entryway tree with the bench and coat rack attached, but we switched to them being separate because the entryway tree wasn’t what we wanted
Entry way coat rack– we got this hanging coat rack that nicely fits behind the front door
Lamp– this step on lamp adds a nice light for the living room corner
Coasters– these coasters are beautiful. We love them
Large fake plant– this plant adds a nice touch in the corner
Small fake plant– we put this plant on the shelf over the entryway coat hooks as an additional decoration
Accent pillows– these moose accent lumbar pillows nicely add a touch of Alaska to our unit, they also go along with our moose in a bath tub picture in our bathroom
Throw blanket– this throw blanket works well for our guests to cozy up on the couch
Clock– this clock is basic, but does the job
