Tips

Cookies should be about 1 inch thick in the pan

1/2 sheet pan- 7 cups of dough

9×13 dish- 5 cups of dough

8×8 dish- 4 cups of dough

Bake one pan at a time on the center rack

Use a ruler to cut perfect lines 

Use a bench scraper to cut to avoid harming your pans 

Instructions

Grease & powder sugar the pan or dish OR line with aluminum foil

Spread cookie dough onto the prepared sheet pan or baking dish

Bake at 350-decrease temp by 25 degrees for glass pans 

Bake for 18-35 minutes check on it regularly until it reaches your desired doneness. remember it will cook more after removing it 

Completely cool before cutting
