Strawberry Crumble Cheesecake

Ingredients
  

Crust

  • 14 graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 1/3 cup sugar

Filling

  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 egg
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups strawberries sliced

Topping

  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 6 tbsp butter almost melted
  • 2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Prepare a 9x13 dish
  • Mix the crust ingredients
  • Press into the dish
  • In a separate bowl mix the filling ingredients except the strawberries
  • Pour on top of the graham cracker crust
  • Top the cream cheese mixture with a layer of the strawberries
  • Mix the crumble topping together and sprinkle/ crumble on top of the strawberries
  • Bake for 40-50 minutes
  • Cool overnight
