Simple Strawberry Cheesecake With Crumble

This strawberry crumble cheesecake is easy to make and uses simple ingredients. With a smooth cheesecake layer, fresh strawberries, and a sweet crumble topping, it’s a dessert that works just as well for family nights as it does for sharing with friends.

Strawberry cheesecake

Ingredients

Graham Crackers
Create a sweet, crunchy base that pairs perfectly with the creamy filling.

Butter
Binds the crumbs together and adds rich flavor to the crust.

Sugar
Adds sweetness and helps the crust hold its shape while baking.

Cream Cheese
The foundation of the filling, providing a smooth, rich, and creamy texture.

Eggs
Help set the cheesecake and give it structure while keeping it soft.

Sugar
Sweetens the filling without overpowering the cream cheese flavor.

Vanilla Extract
Adds warmth and enhances the overall sweetness.

Strawberries
Bring fresh, juicy flavor and a natural sweetness that balances the rich cheesecake.

Flour
Forms the base of the crumble and gives it structure.

Brown Sugar
Adds sweetness with a slight caramel flavor.

Butter

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350

Prepare a 9×13 dish

Mix the crust ingredients 

Press into the dish

In a separate bowl mix the filling ingredients except the strawberries  

Pour on top of the graham cracker crust 

Top the cream cheese mixture with a layer of the strawberries 

Mix the crumble topping together and sprinkle/ crumble on top of the strawberries 

Bake for 40-50 minutes 

Cool overnight

  • 2 egg
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups strawberries sliced

Topping

  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 6 tbsp butter almost melted
  • 2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions
