Blueberry Cream Cheese French Toast Bake

Ingredients
  

Bottom:

  • 1/3 cup Butter melted
  • 1/3 cup Brown sugar

Filling:

  • 8 oz Cream cheese softened
  • 10 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 cups Milk or heavy cream
  • 1/2 tbsp Cinnamon
  • 1 cup Brown sugar
  • 8 cups Bread cubed
  • 2 cups blueberries

Topping:

  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • 1/2 cup Butter cold cubed

Instructions
 

  • Mix the melted butter and brown sugar and spread into the bottom of a 9x13 dish
  • Top with cubed bread
  • Spread the blueberries on top
  • Stir all filling ingredients except bread and blueberries together until well combined
  • Pour over the bread and blueberries evenly
  • You can refrigerate overnight if desired
  • Combine the topping ingredients and evenly spread on the top of the pan
  • Bake 50-55 minutes
  • Allow to cool then cut into squares and serve
