The Best Blueberry Cream Cheese French Toast Bake

This blueberry cream cheese French toast bake is rich, comforting, and perfect for slow mornings or feeding a crowd. French Toast

Ingredients

Butter (Melted)
Adds richness and helps create a caramelized base.

Brown Sugar
Sweetens the custard and adds warm, caramel flavor.

Cream Cheese
Creates creamy pockets throughout the bake.

Eggs
Form the custard base and give the dish structure.

Vanilla
Enhances the sweetness and rounds out the flavors.

Milk or Heavy Cream
Creates a rich, creamy custard. Heavy cream makes it extra indulgent.

Cinnamon
Adds warm spice that pairs perfectly with blueberries.

Bread (Cubed)
Soaks up the custard and becomes soft and fluffy once baked.

Blueberries
Add fresh, juicy sweetness and balance the richness.

Instructions

Mix the melted butter and brown sugar and spread into the bottom of a 9×13 dish

Top with cubed bread 

Spread the blueberries on top

Stir all filling ingredients except bread and blueberries together until well combined 

Pour over the bread and blueberries evenly 

You can refrigerate overnight if desired 

Combine the topping ingredients and evenly spread on the top of the pan 

Bake 50-55 minutes 

Allow to cool then cut into squares and serve

  • 1/3 cup Brown sugar

Filling:

  • 8 oz Cream cheese softened
  • 10 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 cups Milk or heavy cream
  • 1/2 tbsp Cinnamon
  • 1 cup Brown sugar
  • 8 cups Bread cubed
  • 2 cups blueberries

Topping:

  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • 1/2 cup Butter cold cubed

Instructions
