Simple Southwest Skillet For A Quick Dinner

This southwest skillet is an easy, one-pan meal that’s perfect for busy nights. It uses simple ingredients, comes together quickly, and is packed with bold, comforting flavors. With beans, chicken, corn, and melted cheese, it’s a flexible dish that works just as well on its own as it does stuffed into tortillas or served over rice.
