Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground meat
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp garlic
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 15 oz beans white
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tbsp powdered broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 cups chopped potatoes
  • 1 1/2 cup chopped frozen spinach
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Sauté onion and garlic in butter
  • In a separate pan, cook sausage over medium heat. Add in the Italian seasoning
  • In another pot, boil water and cook the potatoes for 8 minutes
  • In a separate large pot add the onion and garlic mixture, the water, broth powder, beans, heavy cream, meat, and potatoes
  • Simmer for 15 minutes
  • Add the frozen spinach and cook until thawed
  • Add the Parmesan cheese and serve
