Whole30 Basil Chicken Curry

Ingredients

garlic minced

onion thinly sliced

chicken thighs cooked and diced
2
cans coconut cream

tbsp
basil

tbsp
parsley

tbsp
curry powder

tbsp
minced ginger
1/2
tsp
chili

jalapeño diced
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Stovetop
Sauté garlic and onions until translucent. Add all other ingredients
Allow to simmer for 20-30 minutes
Serve over cauliflower, diced potatoes, or sweet potatoes. If not on whole30 serve with rice
Slow cooker
Add all ingredients to the slow cooker
Cook on low for 2-6 hours
Serve over cauliflower, diced potatoes, or sweet potatoes. If not on whole30 serve with rice
