White Chicken Chili

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 cup Chicken
  • 2 cans White beans
  • 1 1/2 cups Corn
  • 3 tsp Bullion
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup Onion diced
  • 2 tbsp Garlic minced
  • 1/2 tbsp Cumin
  • 1/2 tbsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Coriander
  • 1 can green chilies diced optional
  • 8 oz Shredded white cheese or cream cheese
  • Serve with chips cornbread, rice, or biscuits

Instructions
 

  • Sauté onion and garlic
  • Add all other ingredients except cheese
  • Simmer for 30 minutes
  • Add in the cheese and stir until incorporated
  • Serve warm over chips, cornbread, rice, or biscuits
