Instructions
Stove Top
Cut the lamb into 1 inch chunks
Mix salt & pepper with flour
Coat the lamb in the flour mixture
Heat oil over medium high heat
Cook each lamb piece until slightly brown on the edges
Add all veggies, parsley, and water
Reduce heat to medium low
Cover
Cook for 40 minutes or until veggies are cooked through
Instant pot
Cut the lamb into 1 inch chunks
Mix salt & pepper with flour
Coat the lamb in the flour mixture
Set instant pot to sauté
Heat the oil and brown all sides of the lamb
Add water and all other ingredients
Put the lid on and set the instant pot to cook for 6 minutes
Slow Cook

Heat oil over medium high heat

Transfer to a slow cooker
Cook on low for 6-8 hours
