Rocky Road Fudge

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cup Chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 3/4 cup Butterscotch chips
  • 1 cup Peanut Butter
  • 2 cups Marshmallows

Instructions
 

  • Set a double boiler on the stove top on medium heat.
  • Add the butter until melted
  • Add both chocolate chips and stir until they have melted
  • Stir in the peanut butter.
  • Remove from heat and allow it to sit for a couple of minutes.
  • Add in the marshmallows and stir until just combined
  • Spread into an 8x8 pan
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour
