Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Butter
  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Brown sugar
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 Egg
  • 1/2 cup Maple syrup
  • 1/2 Cocoa
  • 2 tbsp Corn starch
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 3 cups Flour
  • 3/4 cup Peanuts
  • 1 cup Mini marshmallows
  • 2/3 cup Chocolate Chunks

Instructions
 

  • Cream the butter and sugar
  • Prep a baking sheet with parchment paper or a baking mat
  • Add eggs, vanilla, and maple syrup. Stir completely
  • Add the dry ingredients except chocolate chunks, marshmallows, and peanuts
  • Stir until combined
  • Add the chocolate chunks, marshmallows, and peanuts and stir until distributed
  • Use a cookie scoop or form balls
  • Place on prepared baking sheets
  • Bake 8-12 minutes
  • Allow the cookies to cool before devouring
