Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp corn starch
  • 2 tsp cream of tartar
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp cloves
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Cream butter and sugar
  • Stir in eggs, pumpkin, and vanilla
  • Stir in baking soda, corn starch, cream of tartar, spices, & flour
  • Mix in chocolate chips last
  • Scoop dough and drop on a cookie sheet
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes
