Homemade Granola Bars

Course Snack

Ingredients
  

  • 2 1/4 cups oats
  • 1 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup protein powder
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Topping:

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 oz chocolate

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients except the topping together
  • Press into a lined 8x8 pan
  • Refrigerate for 10 minutes
  • Remove from the fridge and cut into bars
  • Melt the topping ingredients and stir until smooth
  • Drizzle the topping over each bar
  • Refrigerate the bars for 10 more minutes or until the chocolate is no longer melted
