Egg Drop Soup

Ingredients
  

  • 6 cups of water
  • 2 tbsp vegetable broth concentrate
  • 1 stick Celery grated
  • 1 Cabbage leaf thinly sliced
  • 1 Carrot grated
  • 7 Eggs
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 Green onion sliced optional

Instructions
 

  • In a large pot, boil water
  • Add in carrot, celery, and cabbage allow it to cook
  • Whisk eggs, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl
  • While stirring continually, slowly drizzle the eggs into the pot
  • Remove from heat and serve topped with green onion
