can coconut milk 13 oz
salt & pepper to taste

hard-boiled eggs peeled & halved
Instructions
Sauté onions, ginger, and garlic until onions are translucent
Add in seasonings and coconut milk
Add in eggs until coated in the sauce
Serve over rice if desired
