Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • Powdered sugar
  • Berries

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425
  • Brown butter in an ovenproof pan
  • Vigorously whisk 4 eggs in a bowl
  • Add in milk, flour, and sugar and whisk until combined
  • Pour over your browned butter and put in your preheated oven at 425 for 15-20 minutes
  • If you don’t have an oven proof pan, you can use a 9x13 baking dish
