Chicken soup

Ingredients
  

  • 2 chicken breasts cooked & chopped (approximately 2 cups)
  • 2 cups carrots chopped
  • 7 stalks celery chopped
  • 5 potatoes red cubed
  • 1 onion diced
  • 3 tsp garlic minced
  • 4 cups broth
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • 3 cups noodles cooked (omit for whole30)

Instructions
 

  • Sauté carrots, celery, garlic, and onion until onion softens. About 5 minutes
  • Add broth, potatoes, chicken, and spices
  • Simmer for 20 minutes or until potatoes are cooked
