Breakfast Shepherd's Pie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb sausage cooked
  • 1 cup cooked & chopped bacon
  • 3 cups frozen veggies peas & carrots & green beans & corn
  • 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup milk
  • 12 eggs
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tsp Parsley
  • 1 tsp Rosemary
  • 1 tsp Thyme
  • 2 packets Instant mashed potatoes made per instructions
  • 1/4 cup butter diced

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Sauté meat with veggies and seasoning until well combined
  • Prepare a 13x9 pan
  • Pour veggie meat mix into the pan
  • In a large bowl combine eggs, milk, salt, and pepper
  • In a hot pan melt butter
  • Pour the egg mixture into the hot pan
  • Stir constantly until eggs are cooked
  • Add cheese and melt
  • Add the egg cheese mixture to the top of the meat veggie mixture
  • Spread the mashed potatoes on top
  • Top with cubes of butter
  • Bake at 350 for 10-20 minutes or until the butter is melted
