Breakfast Fried Rice

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rice cooked
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 8 oz of frozen carrots & peas
  • 1 cup broccoli optional
  • 10 eggs
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup bacon cooked & chopped
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Add 2 tbsp butter to a frying pan over medium high heat
  • Stir the milk, eggs, salt, and pepper together in a small bowl
  • Pour the egg mixture into the pan with butter
  • Stir the eggs until they are scrambled and fully cooked
  • Add the cheddar cheese and stir in until melted
  • Take the eggs out of the pan and set aside
  • Add the cooked rice to the pan and add sesame oil and soy sauce
  • Stir until combined
  • Add the vegetables and bacon and cook until heated through
  • Add the eggs and combine in a serving dish
