Biscuits

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tbsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup diced cold butter
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 450
  • Mix dry ingredient together
  • Cut in butter using a pastry cutter or a fork
  • Add in milk do not over mix
  • Turn out into a floured surface
  • Roll into a rectangle
  • Fold in half 3 times rolling it out each time
  • Cut into squares or use a circle cutter
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly brown
  • Makes about 12 biscuits
