Two Amazing Ways To Bake Salmon

Salmon is such a great super food, its full of omega-3’s and healthy fats. In Alaska we get the best salmon. We don’t get salmon when we are in the lower 48 because we know it won’t be good in our opinion. If you get salmon and you’re looking for some ways to cook it, here are two amazing ways to bake salmon!

Ingredients

Way one only uses brown sugar and and a salmon fillet.

The second way only needs 4 ingredients: mayo, dill, lemon juice, and a salmon fillet.

Instructions

For the first way:

Brine salmon fillet in firmly packed brown sugar for 1-12 hours

Line a baking sheet with foil

Cover the fillet in foil

Bake at 375 for 13-17 minutes or until the fillet reaches 150 degrees internally

For the second way:

Coat fillet in Mayo

Top with dill & lemon juice

Line a baking sheet with foil

Cover the fillet in foil

Bake at 375 for 13-17 minutes or until it reaches 150 degrees internally

Brown Sugar Salmon Fillet

Cook Time 13 minutes

Total Time 1 hour 16 minutes

  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 salmon fillet

Instructions

Lemon Dill Salmon Fillet

  • 5 tbsp Mayo
  • 1 tsp dill
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 salmon fillet

Instructions
 

  • Coat fillet in Mayo
  • Top with dill & lemon juice
  • Line a baking sheet with foil
  • Cover the fillet in foil
  • Bake at 375 for 13-17 minutes or until it reaches 150 degrees internally
