This quick and easy Dutch baby pancake is a fan favorite for my kids. Between the 3 of them they can put the whole thing away in one meal if I let them.

Ingredients
Butter- the butter in this recipe is browned before any other ingredients are poured on top
Eggs- 4 eggs are what it takes to make these
Flour- the base of these pancakes is flour
Milk- the primary liquid in these pancakes is milk
Sugar- just a bit of sugar to sweeten the pancake
Powdered sugar- if you want to add some powdered sugar to the top, it adds some sweetness and an attractive decor
Berries- the best thing to top a Dutch baby pancake is berries! Choose your favorite and go wild
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425
Brown butter in an ovenproof pan (one that doesn’t have any plastic. All metal or cast iron is great)
Vigorously whisk 4 eggs in a bowl
Add in milk, flour, and sugar and whisk until combined
Pour over your browned butter and put in your preheated oven at 425 for 15-20 minutes
If you don’t have an oven proof pan, you can use a 9×13 baking dish
