We started up our Airbnb in May and our bathroom needed to have a big update. It’s a bathroom with a stand up shower and a washer and dryer. It’s a useful space that is necessary for an Airbnb. If you haven’t checked out my Airbnb Twin bedroom or King bedroom posts on what we bought for each of them. Here is everything we bought for our Airbnb bathroom.

Getting Everything Ready
Our Bathroom needed a lot of new hardware because the nickel wasn’t working for us, so we chose to change it all to be a matte black. We also chose some decor to make it all come together.
Here’s what this space looked like before we started working on it.
Here’s what it looks like now!
Hardware
Sink Faucet– We got this faucet and I love the angles on it, but the sink we have has holes very close together so that was a little challenging.
Pop Up Drain– We realized we needed to replace the pop up drain after we replaced the faucet, so this is what we got.
Hand Towel Bar, Toilet Paper Holder, Towel Bar– I love the modern look of this angular set. It really works well with our faucet.
Towel Rack– We needed a palce to store more towels, so we got this towel rack.
Shower Head– I love the luxury of a rain shower head and having a removable head is so nice to include.
Shower arm– After we got our shower head delivered, we realized we needed a shower arm that matched.
Shower Handle/Knob– This is the knob/handle we bought for our shower. It took a bit of time to find one that wouldn’t require removing the shower itself.
Shower Drain– We realized we needed to replace this at the same time we realized we needed to replace the pop up drain.
Shelves– These are great shelves for our bathroom. They look nice and function well.
Mirror– We got this massive mirror. I love it. It is gorgeous and really makes the space seem bigger.
Towels
Washcloths, Bath, and Hand Towels– We got this set because I liked the texture look, but we don’t plan to get them again when they need to be replaced. Our plan is to move to costco towels.
Make-up Towels– We got these, I would not buy them again. They catch all the lint and don’t look very nice after they have been washed once.
Cleaning Supplies
Broom & Mop Holder– This holder helped us have a place to put our broom, mop, and even the vacuum.
Broom– This is the simple broom and dustpan set we got.
Vacuum– We got this and we have actually been really impressed with it’s suction abilities.
Mop– This is the mop we got, originally we had the simpler version but my husband broke it within minutes of first using it.
Finishing Touches
Hair Dryer– I don’t use a hair dryer, but this one astetically looked nice.
First Aid Kit– This first aid kit seems pretty complete so that’s what we got.
Laundry Pod Storage– These cookie jars are perfect for our laundry pods.
Tri-wall Dispenser– This wall mount makes it so we can just refill our shampoo, conditioner, and body wash from a huge container.
Shower Curtain– It took 3 attempts to get this shower curtain. Our other two choices didn’t show up with the right coloring. We decided to not use the mats or toilet cover.
Shower Curtain Liner- we got the most basic one from walmart as we will need to replace it often.
Shower Rod– To make the shower feel bigger, we got a curved bar. But we couldn’t find a black one so we got bronze.
Shower Curtain Hooks– These hooks are simple and work without the shower curtain coming off all the time.
Shower Curtain Weights– These weights make it so that the shower curtain doesn’t creep in on our guests when they are in the shower.
Hand Soap Dispenser– We got these rechargeable automatic hand soap dispensers.
Plants– We got these little ones to add color somewhere, and same for this one. I think they both worked out great.
Painting– We got this moose painting and it fits in great!
Plunger & Brush– This set has been working.
Bath Mat– This bath mat is plush and soft even after many washes.
Trash Can– This trash can works great and looks astatically pleasing.
Metal Organizer– We bought these to hold our toilet paper and hand towels/washcloths.
Poo Puri– Guests can spray this before they go and it’s just a nice touch.
Q-tip & Cotton Ball Holder– We got these to store our cotton balls and Q-tips.
Flushing Sign– This sign helps make sure that our plumbing doesn’t have problems.
Restockable
Laundry Pods– these pods eliminate the mess for our guests doing laundry.
Shampoo– We got this because it seemed nice. It’s also vegan and sulfate free.
Conditioner– The conditioner smells nice and is vegan and sulfate free.
Body Soap– This body soap is the same brand as our shampoo and conditioner, it’s also vegan.
Hand Soap– We are using this hand soap diluted in our dispensers.
Trash Bags– These bags work well for our small trash cans.
Q-tips– We just got the walmart brand q-tips.
Cotton Balls– Again we just got the walmart brand cotton balls.
Tooth Brushes– We got these, but I don’t think I really like them that much. They’re individually packaged, but they just seem cheap.
Tooth Paste– We got these tooth paste tubes. They are a good choice.
