Sausage (Cooked)

Instructions

Mix cabbage, carrots, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil together in a medium saucepan over medium heat 

Once the cabbage and carrots are cooked add the egg and meat

Heat until warm

Remove from heat top with garnish

Enjoy 

Alterations

Replace cabbage & carrots with a bag of coleslaw for a quicker recipe 

Try adding bean sprouts or replacing cabbage with them

Try adding hoisin 

Top with wonton strips

  • 2 Eggs cooked and scrambled optional
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1/2 tbsp Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Ginger puree
  • Green onions for garnish
  • Sesame seeds for garnish
  • Chopped peanuts for garnish
  • Lime juice for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Mix cabbage, carrots, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil together in a medium saucepan over medium heat
  • Once the cabbage and carrots are cooked add the egg and meat
  • Heat until warm
  • Remove from heat top with garnish
  • Enjoy
