Ingredients

Oil

Chicken

White Beans
Create a creamy base and add fiber, making the chili hearty without being heavy.

Corn
Adds a touch of sweetness and texture that balances the spices.

Bouillon
Provides a rich, savory depth without needing a long simmer.

Water
Helps bring everything together into a soup-like consistency.

Onion
Adds sweetness and depth as it cooks down.

Garlic
Boosts flavor and gives the chili its savory backbone.

Cumin
Adds warmth and that classic chili flavor.

Paprika
Brings mild smokiness and color to the dish.

Coriander

Green Chilies (Optional)

Instructions

Sauté onion and garlic 

Add all other ingredients except cheese

Simmer for 30 minutes 

Add in the cheese and stir until incorporated 

Serve warm over chips, cornbread, rice, or biscuits

  • 1 1/2 cups Corn
  • 3 tsp Bullion
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup Onion diced
  • 2 tbsp Garlic minced
  • 1/2 tbsp Cumin
  • 1/2 tbsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Coriander
  • 1 can green chilies diced optional
  • 8 oz Shredded white cheese or cream cheese
  • Serve with chips cornbread, rice, or biscuits
