Sauté onion and garlic in butter 

In a separate pan, cook sausage over medium heat. Add in the Italian seasoning

In another pot, boil water and cook the potatoes for 8 minutes 

In a separate large pot add the onion and garlic mixture, the water, broth powder, beans, heavy cream, meat, and potatoes

Simmer for 15 minutes 

Add the frozen spinach and cook until thawed 

Add the Parmesan cheese and serve

  • 3 cups chopped potatoes
  • 1 1/2 cup chopped frozen spinach
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Instructions
