Healthy And Delicious Homemade Granola Bars

Ingredients

Oats
The base of the granola bars, oats add structure, texture, and long-lasting energy.

Peanut Butter
Acts as the main binder while adding protein, healthy fats, and rich flavor.

Honey
Naturally sweetens the bars and helps hold everything together.

Protein Powder
Boosts the protein content, making the bars more filling and satisfying.

Chia Seeds
Add extra fiber and help firm up the bars as they set.

Cinnamon
Brings warmth and a subtle spice that complements the peanut butter and honey.

Coconut Oil
Helps the chocolate melt smoothly and creates a glossy topping.

Chocolate
Adds a rich finishing touch that makes these bars feel like a treat.

Instructions

Mix all ingredients except the topping together

Press into a lined 8×8 pan

Refrigerate for 10 minutes 

Remove from the fridge and cut into bars

Melt the topping ingredients and stir until smooth 

Drizzle the topping over each bar 

Refrigerate the bars for 10 more minutes or until the chocolate is no longer melted

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 oz chocolate
