Soft Food Meal Plan For Recovering From Oral Surgery

This soft food meal plan is designed for one person. The idea behind this meal plan is to provide someone who may have just had oral surgery with meals to last a week while they heal. I remember when I had my wisdom teeth removed and then later on my tonsils and knowing some foods that are soft and easy to eat would have been helpful.  This meal plan is quite bland and will have lots of items that are not fully used for this week.  If you already have some of these items you probably won’t need to buy more.
