Quick High Protein Mini Egg Bites

Ingredients

Eggs
The base of the recipe, providing protein, structure, and a fluffy texture when cooked.

Cottage Cheese

Salt & Pepper

Optional Add-Ins

Instructions

Mix all ingredients together until well combined 

Pour into a mini muffin tin 

Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
