Mix all dough ingredients
Roll out on a lightly floured surface
In a separate bowl Mix the filling ingredients together
Spread the filling on the rolled out dough
Roll up the dough
Slice and place into a greased 9 inch pan
Drizzle with the heavy cream
Bake at 425 for 15 minutes
Reduce oven to 350
Bake an additional 15-25 minutes
Allow to cool and top with a cream cheese frosting
