How To Make Grilled Cheese
Like most people you can make your grilled cheese in a pan. And you may struggle with fillings falling out when you flip your sandwich. I love making my grilled cheese sandwiches in my waffle iron! I never struggle with fillings falling out when I flip it. The waffle grid lines leave perfect lines for cutting my sandwiches into small squares for my children.
Another way to make an amazing grilled cheese without any fillings falling out is with a panini press. These are great for a fancy looking sandwich.
On The Outside
Usually when you make a grilled cheese, you grill it with butter on the outside of the bread. Instead of coating the outside of your bread with butter, try one of these coatings:

- Mayo and butter
- Garlic butter and parmesean
- Mayo and grated Italian cheese
