Fairytale Princess Cookies Fit For A Queen

I made cookies with my daughter, but she had ideas on the kind of cookie she wanted, and so the princess cookie was born. These princess cookies are coated in sprinkles and taste like white chocolate covered strawberries!

Ingredients

Butter
Adds rich flavor and helps create soft, tender cookies.

Brown Sugar
Brings moisture and a light caramel flavor, keeping the cookies chewy.

Vanilla Extract
Enhances sweetness and adds warmth to the dough.

Egg + Egg Yolk
The whole egg provides structure, while the extra yolk adds richness and softness.

Baking Soda
Helps the cookies rise slightly and keeps them light.

Cornstarch
Creates a soft, bakery-style texture and prevents the cookies from spreading too much.

Flour
Gives the cookies structure and shape.

Strawberry Milk Powder (Nesquik)
Adds subtle strawberry flavor and a pretty pink tint, perfect for princess cookies.

White Chocolate Chips
Add creamy sweetness and balance the strawberry flavor.

Sprinkles
Bring color, texture, and that magical princess touch.

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350

Cream butter & sugar

Add egg, yolk, & vanilla 

Stir in baking soda, cornstarch, & flour 

Stir in Nesquik

Fold in sprinkles and white chocolate chips

Scoop 2 tbsp dough and roll into sprinkles

Place on a cookie sheet

Bake for 8-12 minutes

  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 2 tsp corn starch
  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup Nesquik strawberry milk
  • 1 cup White chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup Sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Cream butter & sugar
  • Add egg, yolk, & vanilla
  • Stir in baking soda, cornstarch, & flour
  • Stir in Nesquik
  • Fold in sprinkles and white chocolate chips
