Instructions

Preheat oven to 325

Chop the chocolate bar into chunks

Cream butter & sugar

Add egg & vanilla 

Stir in baking powder, cornstarch, & flour 

Fold in the chocolate chunks

Scoop and drop on a cookie sheet
