Ingredients
  

  • 2 lb beef
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 2 tbsp hoisin
  • 2 tsp ginger
  • 4 tbsp minced garlic

Instructions
 

  • Cook ground beef
  • Add all ingredients except meat to a small pot
  • Boil over medium heat for about 5 minutes
  • Add in cooked meat
  • Serve over rice with sautéed or grilled onions
