The Best Breakfast Sandwiches

These breakfast sandwiches are easy and tasty. They don’t take too long and my kids love them, which makes them an easy choice for breakfasts.

Ingredients

Eggs- this is the base of the bake that goes in the breakfast sandwiches, you can use whatever kind of eggs you would like, but don’t try to substitute it

Milk- milk makes the eggs fluffier, you can omit if desired, but the eggs will be less fluffy

Cheese- Some for inside the egg bake some for topping the egg bake, and if you really love cheese, you can add a slice on top after you’ve placed your egg on the roll

Sausage- use some cooked breakfast sausage or if you’re short on time, you can use precooked sausages and chop them up to throw in

Rolls- I like using Hawaiian sweet rolls and slicing them in half for an easy bun, but if you want to make your own rolls or use biscuits or another form of bread they will still be delicious

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350

Stir all ingredients except sweet rolls and 1/2 cup cheese until well combined

Pour into a greased 9×13 baking dish

Top with remaining cheese

Remove and allow to cool for 5-10 minutes

Slice into squares

Enjoy

Other Ideas

Try adding cooked mushrooms, peppers, spinach, or zucchini before baking

Add melted butter and garlic to the tops of the buns
