If you are spending money buying premade seasonings, you don’t have to! You can save money by making your own seasonings. Many seasonings are marked up for convivence. Italian seasoning is one of the easiest seasonings to make yourself.
I started making my own seasonings when I developed an intolerance for some common spices including garlic and oregano. Italian seasoning is one of the hardest seasonings to avoid as so many things use it. So I started to make my own seasoning mix for it. I now no longer struggle with those intolerances, but I still make my own spice mixes to save money.
